About SIGRDRIFA Publications
Mission & Vision | Goals & Vision | Symbol & Slogan | Support Sigrdrifa

In this day and age, European culture is fading into history, and all the beauty, uniqueness, and tradition is quickly being stripped away. Not only European culture is suffering, all culture is fading. Mono-culture and consumerism is the new culture to replace all cultures. As dismal as things seem, there is hope. Although we cannot save all, Sigrdrifa is here to ensure that our unique and beautiful European heritage is preserved for future generations.

Sigrdrifa’s projects, programs and publications reflect the need for education and support of our most precious resource: Our Families. Our focus on women, children, and families accomplishes this preservation. By helping families, we help the most basic foundation of all culture. Through creating educational materials on ancient and contemporary European culture, we ensure that our children will have the tools to preserve our culture, in turn, through the education of their children!

Alas, a heritage is not preserved by education alone! Sigrdrifa has taken a leading role in Folk Building. Folk Building is the support network for our Families. This network provides home education support, new parent support, community support, etc… For our heritage to survive far into the future, we must take measures now. Folk Building is the way to build a foundation that will carry on the legacy of our heritage. Creating a web of support that allows our Folk to live without worry about their basic needs: housing, food, clothing, and education. Fulfilling these needs allows our Folk to concentrate on more spiritual, cultural, and intellectual pursuits.

Our Active Work

The Sigrdrifa Education Network offers several publications, projects and programs to further our vision of an autonomous Folk Community. Under SEN, we produce Sigrdrifa, a magazine that promotes and preserves European heritage and culture, in addition to pushing the envelope on environmental and health issues. Under SCOOTS Homelearners (the home education sector of the Sigrdrifa Education Network), we produce Hands on Homelearning, which follows a theme that mimics Sigrdrifa, and includes lessons materials, teaching aids, and activities based upon the classical method of education to accompany Sigrdrifa as a curriculum for teaching the children of our Folk. Under SiggyKids!, we produce SiggyKids! magazine, which compliments both Sigrdrifa and Hands On Homelearning with fun and exciting coloring pages, activities, crafts, exercises, and more! Click here to visit SiggyKids.com

Together, these three magazines form a one-of-a-kind curriculum only available through the Sigrdrifa Education Network ….and as with all Sigrdrifa materials, these materials are tried, tested and true by the families of Sigrdrifa.

Although our main activity is producing educational materials as reflected in our mission statement, there is much more to Sigrdrifa. We actively network with families to support their basic needs for education, clothing, food, etc… We run a local school co-op. We host the annual Sigrdrifa Family Picnic with special games for children and their families. We maintain a local home education group that reflects the educational focus of the SCOOTS Homelearners. We have a community garden where our families can have a food source free of toxins and carcinogens.

Yet, this is only the beginning. Actively, we strive for more – we strive for better, and what one person can do, so can others. Start supporting our dream today by creating your own community, connecting with folk in your local area, seeking out ways to build yourself and build with others. Find ways to succeed instead of excuses to fail. Folk build for our future.
